As per two of the reports namely
MacRumors and Reddit, Apple is going to accelerate the pace of
introducing improvements and corrections in the map-data. The
MacRumors report came out a few weeks ago, and said that changes are
going to be implemented on weekly basis.
The Reddit report said that the
implementation of new changes is happening on nightly basis. Although
Apple is not speaking anything officially regarding how accurate
these reports are, but it did bring into notice one of the features
that was introduced in iOS 7. The feature allows submission of
changes and corrections in Apple Maps.
Although the company has not
verified that the updated are actually happening or are scheduled to
happen, but according to third-party reports, it appears Apple is
definitely working on improving the frequency of correction.

officially announced these changes.
